Common questions
Do I need the subscription to use the tools?
No. Each tool is available as a once-off (inc VAT) purchase. You complete the tool, download your PDF, and that’s it. The subscription activates the dashboard layer on top — tracking, scoring, and reminders.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and all your completed work remains accessible. You just lose access to the dashboard scoring and new tool runs. You can reactivate at any time and pick up where you left off.
Can I use the tools for more than one AI project?
Once-off purchases cover one use per tool. The dashboard subscription includes unlimited tool runs, so if you’re running multiple AI initiatives simultaneously, the subscription is significantly better value.
Is this aligned to international AI governance standards?
Yes. The Ethics Charter tool is aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, the EU AI Act risk tiers, and South Africa’s POPIA data protection law — the three most relevant standards for African businesses operating internationally.
What payment methods are accepted?
