These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the humanITLoop platform, tools, and services operated by humanITLoop (Pty) Ltd (“humanITLoop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Platform KEY
humanITLoop provides AI strategy and governance tools for business use. You may use our tools for lawful business purposes only.
You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any tool outputs, content, or intellectual property belonging to humanITLoop without written permission.
2. Accounts & Membership
Access to tools requires a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
humanITLoop offers once-off tool purchases and subscription-based dashboard access. Subscription fees are billed in accordance with your selected plan (monthly or annual).
3. Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via PayFast. South African users are billed in ZAR; international users in USD.
Once-off tool purchases are non-refundable once the tool has been accessed. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refunds are issued for partial billing periods already charged.
4. Tool Outputs IMPORTANT
Tool outputs (including PDF reports, strategy documents, and ethics charters) are generated using your inputs.
humanITLoop does not guarantee that outputs constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Outputs should be reviewed by appropriate professionals before implementation.
AI-assisted features are clearly labelled within tools.
5. Intellectual Property
The humanITLoop platform, frameworks, tools, and all associated content are the intellectual property of humanITLoop (Pty) Ltd.
You retain ownership of content you input into the tools. You may use tool outputs (PDF reports etc.) for internal business purposes.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute tool outputs or frameworks commercially.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, humanITLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to humanITLoop in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to These Terms
humanITLoop may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Material changes will be communicated by email.
8. Governing Law SA LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
